FAQ

  • I'd like to get a refund on my product.
    You can request a refund within 7 days for the refund by the simple remorse of the buyer.

    C / S CENTER Q & A If you leave a question on the bulletin board, please let us know.

    We will refund the purchase price within three business days after the collection and confirmation of goods, except for the shipping cost of 2,500 won.

    If you purchased free shipping, the return shipping cost of 5,000 won will be added.
  • There's something wrong with the product. I'd like to exchange it for a new one.
    If defects occur in the purchased product, we will exchange the free shipping with the same product.

    Please contact Q & A bulletin board of C / S CENTER and we will help you with the exchange procedure after consultation.

    * Procedure: Product exchange request (Q & A inquiry) - Product return (designated courier service) - Check and send new product
  • How do I check the delivery?

    You can view the order by clicking on the order number on the "order History"  tab on the top right hand side and clicking the right way number on the order.

    If you are a member, please login and use. If you are a non-member, you need to know the order number and password you received when ordering.

  • I'd like to change the shipping address (or contact number)

    C / S CENTER's Q & A bulletin board, please leave your name / mobile number and change information (address or contact information) to change.

    * You can cancel your order and change the receipt information only if the order status is 'before deposit' or 'preparing goods'. It is not possible to change / cancel from "preparing for delivery".

  • How much is the shipping charge?
    Regardless of the type and number of products, we offer free shipping on orders over KRW 50,000.
     If you purchase less than 50,000 won, prepayment shipping 2,500 won will be added.
  • Is it possible to ship the same day?
    If you complete your order and payment before 12:00 pm, the product will be shipped same day and it will take 1-3 days to receive it. (Except Sundays)

    * The product you ordered will start to be packaged at 12:00 pm on weekdays. Please be aware that it is not possible to change / cancel your order from the time of 'preparing for shipping'.
  • When will the shipment be made?

    If payment is confirmed within 12 o'clock of the same day, shipment will start the same day, and shipping time will take about 1 ~ 3 days.

      (Please note that if the product is temporarily out of stock due to the production of the product, it may change according to the time of announcement.)

    * Will be shipped via post office courier service, and can be delivered to military units.

  • I can't confirm my deposit. What should I do?

    If the amount is not correct when you deposit your account without a bankbook, you may not be able to confirm the deposit.

    In this case, please contact the bulletin board c/s center q&a for quick processing.

  • I ordered as a non-members, but I forgot my order number.

    If you have lost your order number, please contact the Q&a bulletin board of the c/s center for confirmation.

  • I'd like to cancel my order.

    Members must log in and cancel the order on the order display screen.

    If you want to cancel your non-member order, please contact us with your name / mobile number on the Q & A bulletin board of C / S CENTER.

    * You can cancel your order and change the receipt information only if the order status is 'before deposit' or 'preparing goods'. It is not possible to change / cancel from "preparing for delivery".

  • I'd like to check my order.

    You can view it in the 'Order History' tab in the upper right corner. If you are a member, please login and use,

  • Is it possible to place an order before I can register?

    You can order without having to join the site. Orders can be made via Facebook login or Naver login, and non-member orders are also available.

    If you have a non-member order, you need to know the order number and the password you set when ordering.
